​Subscribing to our website means you agree to receive an email from us. Any emailed communication from River Falls Media, LLC (RFM) is intended to keep our clients and visitors updated about our new programs and information about RFM. Your subscription is voluntary.

1. Frequency

We plan to only email if you have requested information, to schedule a strategy session or when we have something new and exciting to share.

2. Limited Liability

We reserve the exclusive right to either modify or discontinue our newsletter, at any time with or without notice. RFM will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that supplement or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use. RFM reserves the exclusive right to unsubscribe users/visitors from our newsletter service, without notice. We may do so with any subscriber we believe registered using fake information.

3. Double opt-in

We require all subscribers to confirm their email address upon registration. You will then receive a message with a link you'll have to click in order to confirm the email address and your will to subscribe.

4. Privacy policy

We value your privacy and we hate SPAM!! We will never share/spread / publish or otherwise release your address. You will be able to revise your subscription or delete it at any time.​​​
